App graphing display unstable

The graphing display worked fine until the latest app upgrade which added the AM and PM to the time.
Currenty I have app v3.0.1 and firmware v.0.4.10.
Now when in the graph mode if I expand the x axis out in order to see an 8 hour section on a particular day the enlarged profile will only last about 15 seconds before reverting back to the compressed version where one can see a week's worth of data. This will happen whether I'm in the CO2, temp, or humidity files.
This is very problematic because when I try to show a client a CO2 profile for the day it suddenly disappears from the expanded view. Please help.

Hi,
Thank you for reporting. Please inform us what mobile device you are using and what OS version is installed on it.

Thank you.
Aranet4 app v.3.0.1 has restricted compatibility with Android 9. Possibly, the issue you are reporting is concerned with this fact. There is Android 10 available for your phone, would you think about updating it?
Anyway, we would be grateful if you could capture such behavior with a screen recorder and send the video to support@aranet.com.

I have the same issue and same s/w & f/w versions... My phone is the Google Pixel 3A with Android 12.
In my case, the graph resets when the app reads the device, which in my case is set at 2 minutes. At first I thought reset interval was shorter than 2 minutes based on when I opened and expanded the graph, until I realized the reset coincides with the measurement interval setting. Also, when the graph resets, the expanded X-axis labels get compressed into a soild black line at the bottom of the graph rather than reverting to the default label spacing, and the vertical graph lines get squeezed closer togther. Any further adjustment to the graph span resets the X-axis lables and vertical lines accordingly.

This forum really sucks. I had logged in to post my comment, but didn't realize I had been automatically logged out before I hit the Submit button, so my post shows up as "Guest."
Also, I hit the submit twice because there's a delay and no visual feedback that the button action was recognized, so I clicked twice, thus the duplicate comment. Now I can't delete the duplicate since it posted as "Guest"... Sigh.

Thank you for reporting about this forum's functioning. There is a redesign planned in the nearest future.
We would be grateful for described issue video screen capture sent to support@aranet.com.

Now that I had a closer look at my graphing problem I see that it is as you describe. My sampling interval is set to one minute and the graph resets about a second or so after the sensor shows a new CO2 value on the e-film. And the x and y axes once they reset are a solid black line at the bottom with multiple verical lines.
The reason I thought it was about 15 seconds is by the time I get the graph re-expanded and set up to the section I want to examine it would reset again at the minute mark it seems.
Given you have Android 12 this does not sound like an OS issue. When I get time later today I will see if lengthening the sampling interval will at least allow me to show a section to others without the graph resetting. If I have time tonight I'll send a video screen capture to Support to show what is happening.

Thanks. I'm new to Android and don't have time at the moment to figure out how to do that.

I submitted a video of what you described to support so that should suffice. They said they will work on fixing the problem for the next app release.
In the meantime after you expand the graph to where you want it just increase the sample interval time to 5 or 10 minutes in order to delay the graph compressing.

Any idea when this glitch might be fixed?

An automatic fix (3.0.1.v54) released last week improved the graph behavior. Please check your app version.

Yes I have that version, but unfortunately the problem with the graph suddenly compressing when a new reading is recorded still exists.
