Aranet4 application measurement does not update with new data from device – the app displays measurement in gray.

  The problem occurs when Aranet4 application stops receiving new measurement data from Aranet4 device.
  Restart the app to solve this problem.

  Restarting the App multiple times, it still hangs when loading data for transfer. What is wrong?

  Exported file size depends on the measurement interval configured on your Aranet4 sensor and can be rather big. It takes time to create the file and transfer it to a mobile device. Please be patient while exporting. If the process still hangs, contact support@aranet.com, please.
