What are the recommendations to disinfect without damage the Aranet4 Home if It has been exposed to an environment with COVID19?

Answering Your question, then we do not have any specific guidelines or recommendations on device disinfection. The main thing to note here is if a liquid disinfection agent is used then it should not penetrate the device as Aranet4 is not waterproof.
As an example 70% Isopropyl alcohol wipe should be fine as it is a volatile matter, the only thing You could slightly wring wipes before application.
If there is a high risk that the device might be exposed to SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus during its usage, then for additional protection of the device You might buy any mobile phone screen protection skin, cut it the necessary dimensions and stick it on top of the display. In such a case the device display will be properly protected during the disinfection process with liquid agents or even such protection skin can be exchanged entirely with a "fresh one" upon SARS-CoV-2 exposure.
