The flashing LED light indicates Aranet4 firmware boot failure, which might be caused by bad batteries or internal HW failure. Please remove the batteries and after 15 minutes insert brand new full batteries. If the device is still unresponsive, proceed with filling out the RMA request form: https://rma.aranet.com
