I am using Samsung s20. I can access data from Jan 19 to Feb 2. But now when I connect I only see a spinning circle. I know the app is connected because on the main screen I see the current measurement. I have upgraded to latest fw. Problem was there both before and after upgrading.

Please try reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, contact support@aranet.com, please.

Hi There - similar problem to above. I have a new Samsung S21+ 5G that I have just installed the Aranet4 app on. It can pair with my Aranet4 Pro but which I go to look at any of the graphs it just spins. I previously had a Sansung S20 and upto a couple of months ago it was working fine. It periodally in the last month was having difficulty showing the graphs although I could delete the device and add it again and then sometimes it would work.
The Aranet4 Pro is running firmware v0.4.10.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it from the Android Play Store and no difference.
It is also doing the same thing with my other Aranet4 Home device.

Yes, with my samsung s20, I can no longer download the data. I reinstalled the app once and it worked. Perhaps I need to reinstall the app again but I don't want to.

Thanks - will look out for a response. It means that I can't use it for it's main purpose (ie: logging the data and then viewing in and extracting it for PowerBI analysis). That's my comment above yours. Not sure why it registered as guest.

Same issue, but I can't even see recent historical data and here's a twist - I have 2 devices and only one gives me a hard time for some reason. It isn't just that I can't download, it appears like it isn't recording the data. Also a Samsung Galaxy S20. I can't figure it out.

Same issue - Pixel 4 running Android 12 (it's not just Samsung). Cleared cache, data, and tried reinstalling. The current value is visible, but the historical data just won't load. This is quite annoying :-/
