Aranet4 Home w/ Raspberry Pi Zero W

Unable to pair either of my Aranet4 Home devices with a Raspberry Pi Zero W
Attempting to pair, using bluetoothctl generates a PIN on aranet device, but when I type it into my Pi, it responds with
