Aranet4 out of the box not working

  I just got my new Aranet4 out of the box, and it doesn't seem to work with the included batteries.

  I put them in as described, I see a red light flash to the left of the 4 switches, and the screen never changes rom the insert batteries image.

  Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Defective unit? Help is appreciated

  Please send the photo of the sensor screen and its Serial Number (12-digits number on the label in the battery compartment) to support"aranet.com.
