Blank Screen

After changing the batteries of one of our Aranet4 devices, the screen has remaind blank with no display.
It is still recording readings on the online graph so it's working, however the screen blank.
Anyone know the soloution to this problem.

Thank you for choosing Aranet product/s.
When you change batteries, did you place the correctly on the first attempt? (both sides facing same direction).
And could you please check if the firmware have been updated to the latest version: https://forum.aranet.com/all-about-aranet4/how-can-i-update-aranet4-device-firmware/
You can also try to turn the Bluetooth switch off and back on- see if that made some changes.
