Dear all,
I have a couple of issues. I need to use some Aranet4 Home sensors in a place without WiFi. I had problems in the past with using the app when I wasn't connected to a WiFi, so my first question is if this is still an issue or if, once I have the app installed and Bluetooth activated, I should be okay to access the Aranet4 Home data.
Second question relates to the following issue: when sharing the data for download purposes, I can't see, any apps so that I can download to the phone's memory. I have installed a File Manager app, in case the problem was mostly having a very bare tablet at the moment, and lack of apps in general, but that hasn't worked either, I can't see any way to interact with the File Manager as to save the data there. It all relates to the issue of not having WiFi. Do you know how can I do to save the data on the phone directly? Any apps (I am using an Android 11) that I could install for this purpose?
Thanks!

Dear Cristina,
Aranet4 sensor does not have Wi-Fi connectivity, it communicates with the Aranet4 app installed on mobile phone or tablet over Bluetooth. So, the answer to your first question is: you obnly need to install the app and activate Bluetooth.
The Aranet4 measurements data are exported in .csv (Comma Separated Values) file format. When you press "share" icon on the graph, the app offers you to share the .csv file using apps installed on your phone/tablet. File Manager apps usually offer "copy to" or "save as" options. You can also install some app capable to open .csv files, f.e. "CSV Viewer", "Excel", "Sheets", "WPS Office" etc.
