Can Aranet4 device be damaged if I put batteries in the wrong way (opposite polarization) in the battery compartment?

  Yes, putting the batteries in the very first models of the Aranet4 device (models manufactured before 2020) battery compartment in reverse (opposite + / -polarization) will instantly and permanently damage the device hardware. In order to repair the device, please fill in RMA form. The free two-year warranty doesn`t apply to this kind of damage.

  The polarization issue has been resolved for the models manufactured since the beginning of 2020
