O3 most probably will not directly affect Aranet4 measurement precision as the device has the NDIR sensor for CO2 concentration measurements that works with a narrow beam and narrow wavelength laser which energy is absorbed only by CO2 molecules.
NDIR is not an electrochemical sensor that might suffer from gas cross-contamination effects.
As for chemical reactions then ozone can react with carbon or carbon monoxide creating CO2 and such a reaction would provide a real CO2 level increase in the air that the NDIR sensor will detect.
