CO2 level question

I recently purchased an airnet4. Initially I felt that calibration was off (very high readings outside, same as inside). I recalibrated and outdoor air then seemed to register correctly although I still question a reading of 1050 just me in a room in a 1960 insulation free condo (with no gas/heat on)
I have taken the device to yoga twice. My readings were 1595 (on app, monitor showed 1640) on day 1480 the second day. This is a studio that was created during the pandemic. In efforts to keep everyone safe they installed a state of the art ventilation system. Ceilings are high. I believe they told me 6? air exchanges per hour. I positioned it so no one was breathing on it, although it was on the floor. I'm having a hard time believing the monitor is registering correctly.
Suggestions?

If you have doubts about Aranet4 measurements, please compare its readings outdoors with the third-party service data: https://earth.nullschool.net/#current/chem/surface/level/overlay=co2sc/orthographic=29.16,51.27,791/loc=24.215,57.021 - find your location on the map and then compare Aranet4 readings with shown.
Please contact support@aranet.com if you observe a significant difference.

This a map of the world with outdoor data is really NOT a viable option for me as I am trying to determine if the monitor is working effectively INSIDE. Do you have a customer service department/representative I can speak with? Or is my best option to return the device and purchase another one?
