How to change the measurement interval on Aranet4 device?

It can be changed from the Aranet4 app as shown in the picture below:

The measurement interval won't change on my recently purchased Aranet4. An error message appears: Failed to change measurement interval.

Any fix?

Hi Chris,

Measurement interval can't be changed from Aranet4 app if the sensor is paired to Aranet Pro base. I guess it's not your case?

Please check and upgrade if needed the firmware version of your Aranet4 sensor: https://forum.aranet.com/all-about-aranet4/how-can-i-update-aranet4-device-firmware/

Reinstall of Aranet4 app and power restart of the sensor can help. If not, please contact suport@aranet.com.

I have an Aranet4 Pro with firmware 0.4.10 and *not* paired with a base station yet the measurement interval is solid black in the app and cannot be changed. How do I change it?

Hello,

Please move Radio switch to Off (lower) position and try changing interval again.
