How to share 14 days of data

Would you mind outlining how exactly we are able to store the 14 day's worth of data please as I'm finding this is causing a lot of confusion with staff.
I was under the impression we could now simply pair with each device every two weeks and share the data. However, all the data I have recieved today is for the last 7 days only. Very confusing.

Hello,
Keeping a 14-days history refers to Aranet4 app. Sensor memory is not changed and it can keep max of 7-days measurements history. To get uninterrupted measurements history you should download it from the sensor every 7 days.
Having a bigger number of sensors, the use of Aranet Pro https://aranet.com/product/aranet-pro/ and Aranet Cloud is recommended.
