Just received ARANET4 - SOFTWARE UPDATE FAILED

  I just received my ARANET4, and tried to do the software update via the app. The App reported the SOFTWARE UPDATE FAILED. Now the device shows ‘Warning! Do not remove batteries, update in progress” and the app shows ‘Device out of reach please connect the device!’. The firmware on the device was 1.2.0, but reported a newer version 1.4.14. I have ‘retried the firmware upgrade’. Right now I just have a spinning indicator on the app! The device is a brick!?!?

  Any advice?
