I have two Aranet4 devices, added to the Aranet app.
When updating the measurements in the app, I can only be connected to a single device. My phone then asks for the pin of the other Aranet, "pairing request". When I enter the pin it connects, but the the OTHER device asks for the pin via a "pairing request".
This goes on and on. When I reconnect to one device, then the previously connected device asks to reconnect. I can only be connected to a single device it seems.
Steps already done:
- Deleted the app on smartphone
- Deleted all Aranet devices from bluetooth settings
- Took batteries out
- Restarted smartphone
- Switched bluetooth jumpers off on the Aranet4's
- Waited a couple of minutes
- Switched bluetooth jumpers to on on Aranet's
- Put batteries back in
- Installed app again on smartphone
- Reinstalled app
Then, I was able to see both devices for a couple of hours. Somehow something broke and I am again in the infinite loop of entering pincodes again.
Please help. What can I do?

Could you share the model of your phone? We want to try to repeat your situation to figure it out.
Do you have a possibility to pair your devices with another phone or tablet?
