Reading on Aranet4 Display not updating on the 1 minute setting

  Hi, 

  After changing the display to 1 min update intervals the display will get stuck and stop updating. Then I hit manual update and it changes signficantly (which is not reflective of a sudden change in the environment). Also, the app display is not synced to the unit until I do the manual push from the app. Then the displays match for a while but the phone app reverts to an old reading (the last one took when on 10 min intervals) on its own shortly after and the aranet gets stuck holding the current reading. 

  I have had this issue happening for a few weeks and recreated it today while noting the sequence. 

  I have it on 10 min intervals until going indoors, then I change to 1 min. Today, I was in my office with high CO2 and opened a window to have a predictabe change over time. 

  1) change to 1 minute

  2)unit not updating itself and app reverted to last reading from 10 min conditions. (eg 873)

  3)hit update in app - both the aranet unit and the app change to 706

  4) app goes back to 873 with no input from me

  5) aranet unit stays at 706 for 10 minutes

  6)push update, both the app and the aranet displays change and match each other

  7) app display goes back to 873 after a minute, aranet display stays the same despite ongoing fresh air exchange lowering actual CO2.

  Okay, I just noticed the arrow in a circle is on the aranet display - is that the indicator to update? I have downloaded a manual but I don't see a legend with the circle arrow (maybe I have an old unit display)

  I have tried uploading a photo but get "incorrect response from server" and I don't know how to work with that. 

   

  Update: I was able to upload the image as my profile image.
