Screen stopped working

  At some point the screen of my 1 month old Aranet4 froze, turned black, the values are not changing, however the Bluetooth is working and I can see all the measurements on my phone. Is there a way to fix this? I tried removing the batteries and unpairing Aranet from my phone, didnt solve the issue. Now i cant pair it back because the screen doesnt show bluetooth pairing code.
