Update to Firmware 1.2.0

I wanted to report the following Problem:

Got the Update Message for Firmware 1.2.0:

- Update did NOT work on Android (Pixel 5).
- Update did work on an older iPhone without Problems.

Question: Are there any patch notes on the update? What are the changes?

Okay thanks!

Just mentioning: Overall the App seems a lot more stable on iPhone compared to Android.
I have to restart the App quite a lot on Android because of connection issues.

Would be great if this can be improved. (I currently use 3 Aranet Devices. Love them. ;-))

When trying to update my firmware (Aranet4 Home) I'm getting a msg saying my device with v1.1.1 is up to date. Like the OP I also have a Pixel 5 so not sure if there is an issue causing this? Or is 1.2.0 not the most recent firmware for the Aranet4 Home?

Same issue one my Pixel 1 XL. Not sure if there is something common between these phones that would cause this issue?

Hello Salty_wookie,

Although version 1.2.0 is the most recent one, it might be the case that your device hasn't had the need to be upgrade yet. Please check this page: https://support.google.com/pixel/answer/7550416?hl=en to see your Android version in the Pixel 1 XL and upgrade if necessary. Then try again to update the Aranet4's firmware but if you can't then your device doesn't need to be upgraded yet.
