c02 reading not accurate

  OUr Aranet4 Co2 monitor was working for about two weeks. I then discovered the  monitor number was super high and now  the number won't change. I removed the batteries but the number won't change. I put the batteries back in.. and the number goes unchanged. How can we fix this? Otherwise, I need to return this.
