How to configure a Microsoft account to use it for e-mail notification sending from the Aranet PRO base station?
1. For Aranet PRO base station to properly authorize to Gmail server You have to enable 2-step verification on the necessary account: https://account.live.com/proofs/EnableTfa
Or by clicking on Security -> Two-step verification
2. Chose you way to second confirmation (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator):
Follow the instructions until it's done and you see this.
3. By clicking the 'Next' you will able to see the instructions page with 'How to create a new app apssword' part:
4. Click on Security basics -> Advanced security options:
5. Find the section 'App password' and click on 'Create a new app password':
6. Write down the generated password:
7. Go to the base station settings.
9. Enter Your e-mail and copied password in the section System --> Notifications --> EMAIL in the Aranet PRO base station graphical interface, save the configuration and test it by pressing TEST CONNECTION button:
