How to pair additional sensors to the Base Station only, and not the Cloud?

  Hello,

  We have a 12 sensor licensed Base Station and a 6 sensor Cloud license. Although the Cloud 'took' 1 extra, we only need 6.

  Anyway, I am trying to pair more sensors with the base station. There are only 7 paired now. But I get an error during pairing because it exceeds the Cloud license, and it doesn't pair. How can I pair with the base only?

  Please check your Aranet Pro base station firmware version and update to the latest version: https://forum.aranet.com/aranet-bases-sensors/how-to-get-the-latest-firmware-version-for-the-aranet-pro-base-station/

  Hi,

  Yes, that did help, thank you. My oversight! I was able to pair another sensor with the base station after updating the firmware.
