Hi,
I purchased the aranet 4 pro and the base station for a project. However, when the station is turned off or runs out of battery, it does not capture the data from the sensors and when I view the graph, there is no such data.
On the other hand I have also used the APP and even though I turn off the cell phone, the data is not lost and can be seen in the graphs.
Is it possible to retrieve the historical data with the base station or is it just a function of the APP?

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to retrieve historical data from Aranet Pro base station.
Connecto to Aranet Pro web-interface and navigate to "Graph"
- By pressing icon "+" add up to 20 sensors at once for analysis one by one or use icon "Add All" to add first 20 sensors at once.
- Choose which values to graph depending on the attached sensor and receive as much information as needed.
- Set custom time period to look for historic data analysis.
- Export data to .xlsx, .csv, .png or .svg files by using "Download" button.

Hello,
I have tried, but cannot view or download the data.
I did the following:
I turned on the sensor at 7:40 pm and the base station at 8:20 pm. I entered the interface of the base station to graphics and also downloaded the data but between 7:40 and 8:20 pm there is no data in the station, I can only see the data after 8:20, that is, after that I turned on the station. Can you help me please.

Hello,
Aranet Pro base station stores measurement data it has received. If it was started at 8:20 pm, it was unable to receive measurements before this time.
What sensors are paired to your Aranet Pro? If there is Aranet4 CO2 sensor, it has internal memory. And it's measurement data can be downloaded in Aranet4 application for mobile devices: https://forum.aranet.com/all-about-aranet4/how-the-user-can-export-measurement-data-from-aranet4-application/
