What are Aranet PRO+ base station power supply options?

Aranet PRO+ base station uses one RJ-45 ethernet port for Internet and Power connection, and requires IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE supply:
802.3af PoE supports low-power devices (max 15.4W consumption). Network data signals and Power are separated by contacts:

Thus, Aranet PRO+ powering options are:
1. Optional PoE insert TDAPOE03
Plug the Ethernet cable into Aranet PRO+ and "OUT" terminal of the PoE insert. Use another Ethernet cable to interconnect PoE insert terminal "IN" with the Local Area Network switch or router to connect Aranet PRO+ to the Internet or LAN.
2. PoE 802.3af standard complying Ethernet switch, for example:
In this case, only one Ethernet cable is needed to power the base and connect it to the Internet or LAN.
