Zabbix ARANET Cloud Scraping issues

Hi there,

We have been runing Zabbix 5.4 and Aranet cloud for about a year with no issues. Over the last 6 weeks, the connections between the Zabbix server and the cloud has failed to grab new datasets with the last one being around the 8th of November.

This is the error message in Zabbix.

Just in case there was a change between the scraper code and the Zabbix version I have:
- Updated Zabbix to 6.2
- Upgraded the Aranet Cloud Template to the 6.2 latest as published on the Zabbix website
I doubt this is a Zabbix issue, I wonder if anyone else has this issue, or you can suggest a fix?

I am running Zabbix on Docker - so the debug log it talks about dosen't exist.

Aranet Cloud template https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/aranet#aranet was not developed by Aranet, but by Zabbix. Hence, please contact Zabbix support regarding compatability issues.

THank you - I will do so - nothing changed on the cloud platform on 08/11/2022 at aroung 04:00 UTC then - as that is when the connection stopped working and hasn't since.

Whilst I understand the script is not the issue of Zabbix - nothing changed for that end.

Do you know of others that use this service being impacted.

We were informed that Zabbix has created updated template for 6.2 version. Please try it and let us know whether the error issue is resolved:
