Alarms with two sensors

I need an alarm that is activated by comparing a virtual sensor (Dew Point) with the ambient temperature sensor. If the dew point is close to the ambient temperature, the alarm is activated and the email is sent to avoid condensation. Is it possible to do it with Aranet Cloud sensors?
Thank you

Hi!
There would be 2 ways of doing this. Both include using a virtual sensor.
1) Using the expert virtual sensors, set it up so that both sensors are being used as inputs and put the Slope (k) value to -1 on one of the sensors. Next set up the alarm for the Vsensor so that when it is close to 0 the alarm will go off. For example above -1 or below 1 degree the alarm will go off. The number depends on where you put the - sign and when you want the alarm to go off.
2) A little bit more out of the way and not as easily usable. Using the fraction virtual sensor, set it up so that the dew point and ambient temperature sensor is being divided by each other, it doesn't matter which way they are setup, then set up the alarm for that sensor to values appraching 1. So above, 0.95 or below 1.05, the alarm will be sent, the number depends on which way did you put them in the fraction Vsensor.
