How can I add comments on my Alarm history in Aranet Cloud?

  All alarms are saved and kept in Aranet Cloud. Alarm history can be found under the HISTORY tab in the ALARMS menu. Either by viewing the history in Timeline or in Table presentation, click on the notification you would like to add a comment.

  "When downloading the alarms as a .xlsx file, the comments will also be displayed there in the last column of the respective alarm."

  There doesn't appear to be a download icon in the Alarms History screen. What is the procedure for downloading the alarms as a .xlsx file?

  Hi, there should be a button in the alarm history tab, when no filters are selected. See the picture below.

  Thank you, that worked. I couldn't see the Excel download icon because I was in Timeline view instead of Table view. I switched to table view and now have the download icon:
