I have an Aranet4 Home that is always close to the iPad with the Aranet Home app and the option "Background data read" is on. But a lot of data is missing in the csv file that I download from the device. The graph below shows the result over two months. Why does this happen? Why are always many days missing in a row, intercalated with days with all data? Yesterday I installed the new firmware 1.5.44. Does it address this issue?

I did send all the information to support, but didn't get a satisfactory answer. That's why I posted the question here as well.
A few days ago, the firmware was updated. The version number went from 1.4.19 to 1.5.44, which is quite a jump. According to the firmware change log on this forum, the only changes were:
- Improved display driver stability.
- Improved GUI: added sensor ID on screen.
Hopefully, something more was corrected, and the data logging now works as it should.

Please note that your mobile device might be restricting the "background data read" operation of Aranet Home app due to various reasons (deprioritization, low battery mode, system performance optimization, etc.)
We can assure you that the v1.5.44 firmware does not include any changes or improvements regarding "background data read" functionality, neither were there any app or firmware changes on January 2025. Might it be that iPad had any updates installed at that time?
