.xlsx export format doesn't work

When exporting "All" data (90 days) in .xlsx format, the app displays "Generating file" for about 30 seconds and then abruptly closes without prompting for email address or other share method. Export to .xlsx format works when selecting 7 days or less. I also tried 30 days using the calendar, which also works, but using calendar for 90 days fails. Not sure about > 30 days but < 90 days. No problem with export to .csv. (v1.4.19 with Aranet4 rev 9)
