Aranet-4 Home E-ink display does not show the 6 digit number when paring via bluetooth

  Aranet-4 Home e-ink display does not show the 6 digit number when paring the device and smartphone via bluetooth. Even if the new battery is put on the device correctly, the e-ink screen still displays the same figures and information. How can I reset the e-ink diplay? Please advise me how to solve these issues. Thanks.
