My sister's Aranet 4 chews through the batteries at an alarming rate; they lasted bearly 2 months using Energizer ultimate lithium batteries using the 5 min measurement interval setting. I've tried various fixes according to what's on this forum:
Leaving batteries out of the unit for >24 hours.
A firmware update.
Changing the measurement interval settings from 1 min - 10 min and eventually settling on 5 min.
Can you offermore advice?
