I received my new Aranet. I am now in my office where it is 20.3Celsius. The Aranet says 21.5Celsius. That is a big difference. It also certainly does not feel lik 21.5 Celsius. How do I calibrate only temperature?

How long has Aranet4 been exposed to the environment of interest?
Note that as per Aranet4 datasheet time constant τ (63%) for temperature is 10 minutes, hence for 99% accuracy it will take 5τ or 50 minutes.

The Aranet4 has now been exposed on the same spot near the room thermometer for at least two hours

difference went down to 0.7 Celsius. It now reads 21.2 C

Any measuring device has it's own accuracy range specified. For Aranet4 it is +/- 0.3C within 5τ (50 minutes). If now the sensor has been exposed to the environment for more than 50 minutes and indicates 21.2C, the actual value is within 20.9...21.5C range.
If compared to a third-party product, its accuracy should be considered. If the accuracy ranges of both overlap, it is considered a normal behavior.
