Firmware upgrade fail

  My new device screen display states firmware upgrade in progress, when this is not so.

  Hi wenlar,

  Please remove the batteries of the device for 15 minutes and palce them back again. If the issue continues, please write to support@aranet.com

  got the same. Asked me to upgrade to v 1.2.1. My pone says it went succesfully but te message on the device stays do not remove batteries update in progress. Will remove batteries and we'll see

  I just received my ARANET4, and tried to do the software update via the app. The App reported the SOFTWARE UPDATE FAILED. Now the device shows ‘Warning! Do not remove batteries, update in progress” and the app shows ‘Device out of reach please connect the device!’. 

  The firmware on the device was 1.2.0, but reported a newer version 1.4.14.  I have ‘retried the firmware upgrade’. 

  Right now I just have a spinning indicator on the app! 

  I will try to remove the batteries from the device for 15 minutes...
