Screen is grey, but bluetooth OK, What to do?

Hello,
Since one week, one of my 3 ARANET 2 is not displaying anything and is grey. (ordered end of March 24, received beginning of April 24)
The battery has been checked and are OK. The bluetooth connection is OK and I can recuperate the data stored, even the one very recently stored.
Has anybody an idea of what to do above the usual disconnection of the 2 AA batteries and replacing them after one day non used?
The version of the software is V1.4.4.
