While I was away my Aranet4 batteries ran dead. The screen shows the battery symnbol with a stroke through it. I've replaced the batteries and it doesn't restart. I've tried multiple sets of brand new batteries as well. Is there a reset option that I don't know about? The unit itself wasn't dropped or damaged in any way, it was just sitting on a shelf when the batteries ran out and had been working perfectly fine up until that time. Thanks.

Hello hiebzky,
Thank you for choosing Aranet and contacting us. How long did it took for batteries to get drained completely? Could you please try to remove batteries from device for 6-8 hours and place them back, see if it starts to work after that? Also, could you please check if the 3rd and 4th switches are off (moved downwards) as this will turn of Radio and Bluetooth. In case it starts to work, please enable(move upwards) 3rd switch for Bluetooth to use Aranet4 app.
If issue still persist, please contact support@aranet.com
