What is the Aranet4 measurement accuracy?

Greetings!
recently I had a chance to check out an aranet 4 device. I saw that it displays CO2 measurment as PPM. I assume it means parts per million as 420 CO2 molecules per million molecules of sampled air? What is the reading accuracy / device error?
