Temperature and Precipitation Measurements

  I received my Aranet4 device yesterday.  The C02 measurement appear corrrect, however, the temperature and precipition measurements are wrong.  Any suggestions?

  Hello!

  Temperature and RH sensors can be slow enough. The temperature sensor of Aranet4 needs about 50 minutes to reach 99% correct temperature readings. Please keep the device exposed to it and it will gradually adjust to reflect the temperature and RH.

  It's been over 24 hours and the temperature and precipition are still incorrect.  Will the measurements gradually improve or is there something wrong with the calibration that I can correct?

  Measurements should gradually improve, please be so kind to write to support@aranet.com about this and send pictures of the device, against what the measurements are being compared, the Aranet4 app version you are using as well as the Firmware version of the Aranet4 (which you can consult by going to the app and then settings of the device) and the general set-up where the measurements are being taken to help you better
