High CO2 reading even near open window

I just got the unit. The reading has been consistently 900 -1050 ppm in an almost empty house and even with an open window or open vent. I live at 3300 ft altitude and its winter (currently near freezing temperature). Do I need to do calibrate or upgrade the software?

Hi,

Sensor is factory calibrated at a lower altitude, so please calibrate it manually accordingly to instructions: https://forum.aranet.com/all-about-aranet4/how-can-i-calibrate-my-aranet4/
