problem in sensor pairing with cloned Pro Base

  Hello! Just asking for support for sensor pairing with a cloned Aranet Pro base.
  
  We have a customer who send us their sensor for Calibration, since they cannot send the base (because there are other sensors connected to it) we decided to clone their Pro base. Since they deleted their sensors before sending it to us we need to pair it once again to our Pro base (cloned). We followed the pairing procedure but cannot pair it. Please help.

  Please follow these steps to pair the sensor:

  1. Get the sensor/s and the base station close to each other (within 20m).
  2. Go to the base station sensor settings, choose the measurement interval and press "PAIR SENSOR". (Also works through Aranet Cloud)
  3. You have 2 minutes to insert the batteries into the sensor (or for some sensors press the PAIR button on the PCB).
     1. If the batteries were already in, remove them and wait for ~30 seconds before inserting them again.
  4. Wait for a while, you can check the RED LED on the back of the PCB, it should blink up to 3 short blinks and one long blink. If there is no long blink, then the pairing failed.
  5. The pairing is complete when the sensor shows up in the base station GUI with a green corner. Now the timer is reset and you can pair the next sensor.

  If this doesn't work, top things to see if the red LED blinked at all. If yes, then send the Serial nuber of the base station and the sensor you are trying to pair.
